How does the reservation phase work?
Once you have confirmed your wish to reserve a particular accommodation from a particular date to a particular date:
July/August :
A rental contract will be signed by both parties and a reservation deposit must be paid ( 25% of the rental amount , excluding options and tourist tax). An invoice is given after receipt of the deposit. The balance is paid on site during the stay.
Outside July August :
Simplified booking No contract , booking deposit required for french holiday periods and long weekends (french public holidays). Total invoice issued at the end of the stay.
